Some notable milestones along the way:
- 2013 – 2015: experimenting with website building, web design and UX design; working freelance.
- 2015 – 2018: UX designer at Easy Projects (now Birdview PSA), and in 2019 product manager of their mobile app.
- 2017: completed the Human-Centered Design course at Projector Institute and volunteered with Агентив змін on a wayfinding project for the Kyiv metro.
- 2019 – 2023: UX researcher at Yandex.Money (now YooMoney).
- 2024: independent UX researcher and consultant. That same year, mentoring interface designers in the UX research track at Women in Tech.
- Since 2025: leading a small Customer Insights team at BNB Bank.
Personal inquiry and practice are inseparable from my professional interests:
- Since 2015 I’ve been studying Eastern and Western philosophy, psychology and anthropology; exploring and practising contemplative disciplines (with varying intensity and duration); practising yoga and attending residential retreats; travelling through India, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Laos.
- 2018: completed a 10-day Vipassana retreat in the Burmese tradition, in Poland.
- 2022: completed a 9-month mindfulness and awareness teacher training programme at the MindSpot centre under Victor Shiryaev.
My deepest interest lies in understanding people — in studying their views of what they consider real and meaningful, and how that shapes their behaviour and their relationship with the rest of the world.
I live in Belarus, and from time to time beyond it.
